Jimmy

Jimmy, the sixteenth floor bar at the James Hotel in SoHo, attracts the cool kids. Even Oscar host James Franco held a party there shortly before its opening in the fall of 2010. It consists of a small but very well designed inside bar and an adjoining outdoor area complete with private swimming pool. There are some interesting views from this location that are quite different to those of the run of the mill rooftops in Midtown; you can see south towards TriBeCa and the Financial District (with particularly impressive sights of the Woolworth Building) and west across to the Hudson.
